I am a new tenant but am very impressed with this business. Diane the manager was flexible and met me the same day I called. The facilities are in great shape. They just upgraded security as well. I had one bump in the process and they took care of the issue right away. So far I can't ask for better service.
My husband and I moved to Moriarty last year and have had some of our things in storage at Old 66 for nearly a year as we slowly settle in. The facility is rather nice, although it's not easy finding the entrance at first. The staff we have dealt with have been very helpful and unfailingly kind during what has been a difficult time of transition in our lives; they've been very willing to work out a deal with us when our monthly check came late, so don't be afraid to ask if there's anything you need. We've had only a couple of issues. Sometimes the gate refuses to accept our access code, for no apparent reason, although we've always been able to get this worked out within a day or so. More disturbingly, there was evidence of mice having been present in our unit a couple months back. Most of our things were stored in plastic tubs out of harm's way, but a couple of nonperishable foodstuffs we had stored there when we didn't have access to a proper kitchen were completely destroyed. On the whole, I would recommend Old 66, although maybe not for things you might need to access without delay. And do invest in some plastic tubs for anything liable to damage by mice.
I have worked many years in customer service related areas so I know good customer service. The staff has far exceeded any expectations I ever had. When I call with a situation the response is immediate and is handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The facility is clean and well maintained.
Diane was amazing! Will definitely rent from again if needed! Cheapest in the east mountains area! Great service!
