We were traveling to Utah our car broke down was towed to Coast 2 Coast. We had no idea what was wrong, come to find out a bracket had broke. Tom fixed it and we were on our way. They were all so nice. We thank the Lord for being close to get their help. If you ever need someone you can trust with your car, this is the place to go. Thank you guys for helping us get on our way.

You won't find a better shop. These guys are knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. I have a 1999 Yukon that I had the top end rebuilt a year ago, and spent over $4K on the repair. After an obvious knock in the engine, Greg diagnosed it and offered the quick fix, but also gave me his opinion on what would be the best decision to enable me to have several more trouble free years on my truck. His team installed a remanufactured engine and had my truck running like new...for under $4K. I wish I had gone to them in the first place. Since then, I have returned for little repairs and they have gotten me in and out in a timely manner, and the costs have always been reasonable. I feel like I can trust their judgement and they have my best interest in mind. Thanks guys for all you do, and I wish you many more years of success. I'll be back!!!
We were headed to Vegas from Tennessee when the thermostat kicked it in out truck. We were on the side of 40w on a Sunday morning. Got a tow and ended up at their shop around 1pm. They worked and fixed it and stayed 2 hrs past closing to make sure we got back on the road. I didn't think it was that much money for a Sunday. Thanks guys! Ya'll Rock!!!!
In response to the owners comment: Even the busiest restaurants get to their potential customers in a timely fashion. They generally give a wait time if things aren't going to happen immediately instead of going and talking to somebody else about it for a lengthy amount of time, and ultimately ignoring their customer. When I don't get the service I am told I will receive, you bet I leave. Passive aggresively attacking me because I had to wait longer than what I was told wont do you any good considering you are the only place in Moriarty that has ever kept me waiting like that, busy or not. Entitlement has nothing to do with this. Your employee not doing what he said he would, does. Perspective is everything sir and this is the perspective of somebody with a standard for customer service. Thank you for your response.
I could not give anything less. We stopped here for a tire repair. The man said to go ahead and pull up and he would get somebody going on the repair. We waited for about another 10 minutes while this man continued to talk to his buddy and not even let anybody working in the shop know we were there. We left and went to Jrs where we pulled up, Robert asked what we wanted, we told him, and he said pull up to the 2nd lane where they took care of us in the same amount of time it took coast to coast to have that little conversation. Lack of good customer service will keep me away for any future needs.
