The owner was very knowledgeable and showed us the problem and fixed it at a very fair price, amazing experience don't hesitate to stop here! Also clean/nice bathrooms.
This company has completely blown me away with how rude, inconsistent, and inconsiderate they are. They openly admitted to me that they DID NOT do the diagnostic test on my vehicle prior to purchase. I have had a check engine light on for several months. It has been in and out of their shop at least 3 times due to the issue and yet the issue is still not resolved! I had 4 horribly dry rotted tires that they sprayed sealant over so I wouldn't notice during the sale and once I did bring it to their attention, they only replaced 2 out of 4. I have had issue with my EGR and back wheel bearings and yet again.... the issue isn't resolved. I have been in contact with them regularly to keep them in the loop about getting it fixed. But the ISSUE ISN'T RESOLVED. This is the ONLY car I own and it is completely unsafe for my 2 small children to ride in. So unfortunate. I won't recommend them to anyone. I am also contacting my lawuer, the better business bureau, and Department of transportation.
These people are very caring and were concerned with our situation. And in an emergency got us back on the road quickly for a very fair price. They have a nice waiting room, clean bathrooms and offered us cold drinks during our wait. All around amazing experience! They are truly unique!
So, Unique Automotive Service Center said they would refund some of our money since we had to take our truck to a different shop to it get fixed correctly. After spending $2,500.00 on the front end, the truck pulled hard to the left as soon as we drove it off the lot. Then we noticed that the front end was substantially lower than when we took it in for repairs. Turns out they had the torsion bar all the way down, with the bolts just about ready to fall out. The new shop said they totally messed up, and did NOT even come close to putting the torsion bar back to factory specs. It cost us $250.00 to have torsion bar raised to the correct level, and then a new alignment. Now Unique Automotive Service Center is refusing to answer our texts. These guys messed up our truck, and even neglected to put parts back on! The owner is a real gem, as he actually claims they did good work.
