This place does not have customer service at all. They need to be more knowledgeable on what customer service entails. When you go in, you sometimes wait for at least an hour. Going to this office needs all day availability. The older lady with dark hair and glasses that works the front desk is horribly rude and she has no patience with customers. She speaks to people as if they are wasting her time. They don't always return calls in a timely manner. Its sad especially when people in this community need the help.
they will NOT answer the damn phone its all computerized and they will return your phone call in 24 business hours. Cant call and talk to a person for two damn minutes one simple question NO ONE ANSWERS the phone
Despite that there are only ever a few people in the lobby, the wait time is always long and is usually an hour or more. The customer service reps in the front are nice and as helpful as possible. Albuquerque would probably be faster.
