Brought my daughter for her 5th birthday and it was the best!! The customer service was amazing. The Best Western team went above and beyond to make my daughters day special! We came into our room and they had some special gifts for her... she was so exited!!! I've never had a hotel put so much thought into our stay!! This will definitely be our hotel of choice from this day on!
This hotel was unexpectedly fantastic! Just outside of Albuquerque, which is nice if you don't want to deal with getting in to a larger city after a long drive. I had middling hopes considering the comparative remoteness of the location, and was surprised by how nice it was. Hot coffee, delicious freshly baked cookies, and popcorn was available at the check-in counter, which was very much appreciated after a long drive. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Our rooms were similarly clean and well-appointed. Staff was friendly. Even the breakfast wasn't bad for being a hotel breakfast. I felt pleased and grateful to have chosen this hotel to stay in, in the midst of a multi-day drive across the southern U.S.
I was turned back due to bad weather while on a motorcycle trip and had to backtrack 50 miles to Moriarty, where I checked in to this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Best Western partners with Harley Davidson as part of the Rider Rewards program and offers special rate to travellers. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The pool area and hot tub provided some great relief after riding all day. The hotel offered fresh baked cookies as well as fresh popped popcorn. Nice little touches.

The rooms at this place are very good compared to other BW locations. The air conditioning shoots out really dry air. Not the most comfortable feeling if you're from a more humid area. I love the fact that there is no weight limit on the dogs. Useful for well mannered German Shepards. Another plus is the indoor pool.
I highly recommend this hotel! You cannot go wrong staying here! Oh, and bring your swimsuit, because there is an indoor pool and hot tub that looked very inviting.
